Willodean Clifton, 90, went home to Jesus on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Willodean was predeceased by her parents, Ella Jane Handley and James Dill, her husband, R V Clifton, a daughter, Marilyn and 6 siblings - Beatrice, Richard, Lucille, Jack, Wilburn and Neal. She is survived by her daughters Sheryl, Rhonda and Angela, 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Willodean lived a long life serving her family, and always giving her time to others. She was a fantastic self-taught cook and was always ready to set a table for guests. She loved nature, often found outside tending to her flowers and plants. She was a devout Christian, and passed that love of Jesus on to her children. We know that God is pleased to have one of His loving angels back in his arms, where she belongs.

Services will be held at High Point Funeral Home Thursday, March 31, 2022. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 am with service to follow at 11:00am.  Entombment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery South, Memphis, Tn.
