William "Bill" Edward Griswold, 63 of Collierville, TN, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023. Bill, was born on February 3, 1959 in Union City, Tennessee, to Vivian and Charles Griswold. Bill grew up in the Memphis area.  He graduated from Treadwell High School and attended Christian Brothers University.  Bill also served in the United States Air Force.  Following his military service Bill earned a Project Management Professional Certification through Penn State.  The majority of his career was spent as a Project Manager for fortune 500 companies. Bill was a kind, caring person, who was always willing to help a neighbor in need.  He considered everyone a neighbor.  At one point, Bill took a hiatus from work to care for his older diabetic sister, Mary Christina, until her death in January of 2019.

Bill is survived by his sisters, Jeanette Griswold of Scottsdale, AZ; Marjorie (Don) Griswold Johnson of Bartlett, TN; and Helen Griswold of Munford, TN; one brother, Philip (Kelly) Griswold of Cordova, TN; five nieces, four nephews, four great nieces, eleven great nephews, one great great niece, and two great great nephews.  Bill was preceded in death by both of his parents, his sister, Mary Christina Griswold Van Allen; brother, Charles Frederick Griswold and niece, Lisa Marie Van Allen.
