Victoria "Vickie"J Heiss went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, November 8, 2025.
She is survived by her husband, Doug Heiss, who loved and cared for her 27 years. Her daughter, Sarah Hays (Bill) and granddaughter, Mercy Hays.
She was born on June 24, 1955 to Byron C Peel and Geraldine E. Peel. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She has one sister, Cindy L Hardy (John) and four brothers, Byron C Peel Jr(deceased), Norman V Peel(deceased), Glen Ross Peel and John Mark Peel.
