Thomas Tom Anthony Canale, 75, was called home to Heaven on February 10, 2020. He was born in Memphis on March 1, 1944, to T.A. and Marie Nagoski Canale. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Patricia Pam McDaniel Canale, daughter, Jen Canale Ireland (Bobby), grandsons, Nick Ireland and Matt Ireland; sister, Cathy Canale Waldrip (L.D.), niece, Tracy Smith, and nephews, Jeff Waldrip and Kevin Waldrip.
Tom was a 1962 graduate of Christian Brothers High School (formerly known as CBC). He graduated from Memphis State University with a business degree in 1967, and was a member of Delta Sigma Pi fraternity.
After his retirement from FedEx, Tom and Pam made wonderful memories traveling, both domestically and abroad. Tom profoundly loved his family. Upholding family traditions and being active in his familys lives were two of his utmost priorities. Tom deeply cherished the close relationships that he formed with his grandsons, and was extraordinarily proud that he was able to share in the tradition of The Brothers with them both.
