Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Thelma Morris of Memphis; his wife, Mary Ann Morris of Chicago, IL; his wife, Peggy Morris of Portageville, MO; his brothers, Ray Morris and Buddy Morris of Memphis; and one son, Sonny Jackson of Memphis.

Carl is survived by one son, Sidney Carl Morris, Jr. of Paris, TN; his daughter and son in law, Chris and Debbie Bennett of Bartlett; ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
