Seleena Dawn Gaither of Memphis, TN passed away on October 14, 2025, at Methodist Hospital, Germantown after complications from cancer.  She was 48 years young.

Seleena was born in Memphis on May 26, 1977.  She was a graduate of the University of Memphis and was a treasured co-worker for many years at the Kroger Fuel Center at Poplar Plaza.

She was reunited in Heaven with her mother Sandra (Sullivan) Kirkland and her father James M. Gaither, Jr. She leaves behind her sister Heather Gaither; her aunt Darleen Litsinberger; her uncle James (Shannon) Sullivan; nieces and nephews Alyssa Humphres, James Humphres, Bryce Gaither, Zach Gaither; and many dear cousins.

The family will remember Seleena with a private celebration of life at a later date.  Seleena was active in the fight to end human trafficking.  Memorials can be sent in her honor to the Sound of Freedom Foundation at soundoffreedomfoundation.org.
