Our beautiful sweet mother, Katherine Tatum, joined the love of her life, Robert, in heaven last Thursday evening. Katherine was such a special mother, wife, sister and both a grandmother and great grandmother to her three daughters Terry Tatum, Kathy Griffin (Phil) and Karen Mathis; her 7 grandkids, Dax Carter (Lisa), Cade Carter (Keri),Brittney Martinez, Tatum Lindberg (Chris), Forrest Griffin, Bergen Sheppard (Luke), and Landon Blair; her 7 great grandkids, Timeri Martinez, Blakely Lindberg, Nash Lindberg, Haddon Carter, Phoebe Carter, Anniston Sheppard and Ridley Sheppard. She was preceded in death by her mother & father, and several brothers and sisters. She leaves behind 2 brothers. Mother has always been a fun loving mother and with Daddy, the center of our family.She depended on her love of God to get her through both her darkest and best times. She was a beautiful, sensitive and strong lady with a fun loving spirit and a great sense of humor. We will all miss her delicious home cooked family meals and the love and laughter she shared with her family and friends. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 29 at Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville, Tennessee.
