Olin David Johnson, 83, passed away October 13, 2021, in Memphis, TN, surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny James Johnson, Ethel Lanzy McCoy, and his daughter Julie Jewell

Olin is survived by his wife Roberta Carol Johnson of 61 years, his son, David Johnson (Carrie Johnson), his daughter Susan Norwood (Jess Norwood), and 4 grandchildren.

Born August 27, 1938, in Sumter, SC, Olin served in the USAF from 1955 -59 with honors as an aviation mechanic. Olin worked as a mason with his brother James M Johnson for 30+ years.

Olin was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was always a kind and loving person to whomever he met. He will be greatly missed.
