Mildred Irene Binkley Copeland, born February 16, 1930 to James M. and Alma Irene Binkley. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

"Millie" Irene Binkley Copeland, 90, peacefully passed away on December 21, 2020.

Preceded in death by her husband, Russell Copeland; her sisters, Marie Warren and Sue McGee; and her brother, James M. Binkley, Jr.

Survivors include: daughters, Karen (Charlie) Hardy, Joni (David) McCollum; son, Jerry (Shelley) Copeland; grandchildren, Gina (Stephen) Carpenter, Alan (Teresa) Hardy, Erin (Josh) Jaffe, Justin (Whitney) Tracy, Daniel (Bernadette) McCollum, Christie (Jeremiah) McMillen, Daniel Copeland, and Graham Copeland; great grandchildren, Lauren Carpenter, Kate Carpenter, Anna Carpenter, Cameron Jaffe, Desmond Jaffe, Ella Hardy, Lily Hardy, Dawson McCollum, Kaiden McCollum, and Oliver McCollum.

Millie was employed at Hart's Bakery, Gordon's Transport, General Electric, Red Ball Motor Freight, and Mapco/Williams.

She taught Sunday school at Central Assembly of God and also spent much of her time working with missionettes.

After retirement, Millie spent several years volunteering at Baptist Memorial Hospital caring for cardiac and ICU patients.

She held down a full-time job as the sole income provider for her family after her husband was permanently disabled from heart disease.

This strong, loving, gracious, and Godly woman will be sorely missed.

Private services will be held at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, AR at a later date.
