Mary Frances "Franci" Rowland, 77, of Memphis, TN, was born on September 20, 1940, in Memphis, TN to the late Francis and Marie Hawks St. Peters. She passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2017. Mrs. Rowland wasa loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed caring for her family,and loved angels. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Don St. Peters. She leaves behind her sons and daughters in law, Stephen and Erica Forbess, Joseph and Beth Forbess and her sister, Maye Shelton; nine grandchildren, Jake, Jordan, Kristina, Jennifer, April, Tristan, Tearyn, Abbi, Ammon; and a great grandson, Greyson. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at High Point Funeral Home Chapel.
