Marvin Kirkpatrick, known to all as Kirk, died on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at age 88.

Kirk was a lifelong Memphian, proud to say he was from Fort Pickering. He looked forward every year to the annual neighborhood reunion. In his later years he enjoyed travel, theater, casino trips, college basketball, old movies, downtown trolley rides and Beale Street.

He leaves his adoring wife Susan (McNulty) to cherish his memory. Kirk's son and twodaughters, also grieving his loss are Sharon (Larry) Pennington, Olive Branch, MS. Michael (Alice) Kirkpatrick, Dallas, TX, and Joanna (Mark) Wages, Southaven, MS. He also leaves many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of friends. Also mourning his passing, step-daughter Carolyn McNulty and her husband Radford Tindall Sr.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 6 at 11:00 at Highpoint Funeral Home, Summer Avenue. Burial service at the Rotunda, West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Thursday, June 6 at 1:15pm.
