On November 12, 2025, Margaret Jackson Hill passed away peacefully and surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her late husband Richard Hill. She left behind her partner Rich Schwab, her children, Travis (Michelle) Hill, Stacey Hill, Sarah True, and Cameron (Daisy) Hill. Meg also left behind nine grandchildren, Katie Hill, Emma Hill, Aidyn Hill, Jade Hill, Dalten (Ambur) True, Garrett (Kylie) True, Tyler Webb True, Cassidy Hill and Falon Hill. She also had a great grandson Atlas True.

Meg was known for her overflowing love of people, quick wit, mischievous nature, and her strong beliefs/opinions. She was a force to be reckoned with but was always ready for a silly string fight.

Meg was a retired probation officer, an activist for Native American rights, state chairman for a Vietnam POW-MIA organization, a member of La Leche League, and a staunch advocate for women's reproductive rights. She was the author of two books and world traveler, having spent many years in New Zealand and England. She also managed Germantown Track Club.

She always made our house a home to many people over the years. Mom Hill was a mother to so many "kids". She had a gift for making uncomfortable conversations comfortable and will be missed by so many.
