Luann Kozbiel Ruthledge, 52, passed away , Monday, October 30, 2017 at her home in Collierville, Tennessee. She leaves her husband, James "Bo" Rutledge; daughter, Alley Rutledge: son, Cullen Ruthledge; two sisters, Nancy Hutchinson, Jenna Hagedorn and a brother, Steve Kozbiel. Visitation will be 12 p.m. until the service begins at 2 p.m. at Bethany Christian Church, 421 Bethany Road, Eads, TN with interment following in Bethany Christian Church Cemetery.
