Janet "Pennie" Faye Mills Wild, 84, of Oakland, Tennessee, was born on July 17, 1933 in Wilkesbarre, PA to the late George and Betty Mills. She passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017. She was a retired accountant and apartment manager. Mrs. Wild loved to travel, take cruises and go to the casinos. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Wild was preceded in death by her husband, Al Wild, Sr.; son Al Wild, Jr.; daughter, Judy Wild; parents, George Mills and Betty Tackett; sister, Melva Hees; and two brothers, George and Jim Mills. She is survived by three daughters, Linda Wild, Barbara Diamond, Janet Rupp; sister, Myrtle "Bunny" Taylor; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request any donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
