James "Sonny" Cross, 87, of Memphis, TN, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

Mr. Cross was a member of Grace Bible Church.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Cross.  Sonny leaves his two children, Leigh Ann DeRosier (John) of Lake Charles, LA; Christian Cross (Tammy) of Senatobia, MS;  2 sisters, Billie Jean Ingram of Ruston, LA; Joyce Wright of Lubbock, TX; 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and a host of other close family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, October 10 at Forest Hill South.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials are sent to Grace Bible Church: 7145 Malone Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654 .
