James D. Billings, Sr., 74, of Memphis, Tennessee,born January 5th, 1945 reached his heavenly home Saturday, March 30, 2019. He was preceded in death by his son, James D. Billings, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Billings, two sons, Tim and Kenneth Billings and 9 grandchildren. Funeral service will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at High Point Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
