Herman J. "Mitch" Mitchell, 76, of Memphis, Tennessee, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, February 4, 2024.
Mitch was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on December 24, 1947, to the late Charles Keith Mitchell and Imajean Broza Mitchell. He is survived by his wife Deborah Mitchell, with whom they shared 39 years of married life together. He is also survived by his sisters Chandra (Glen)
Dawkins and Nancy Hoskins. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael Mitchell. Mitch was a member of Christ Church Memphis. He enjoyed traveling to arts and crafts shows, and collecting model cars and trains. A graveside service will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery - South, 2545 Holmes Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38118, on Monday, February 12th, at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests
donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
