Harvey James Fowler, 95, of Bartlett, Tennessee, passed away on September 2, 2023. He was born on August 20, 1928. Harvey was a loving and devoted husband father and grandfather. He is survived by daughters Patricia Springer and Donna (Harvey) Morhardt, his son Thomas (Cindy) Fowler, seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and his little dog, JR. He was preceded in death by Velma, his wife of 60 years, his sons Steven Fowler and Mark Fowler.

Harvey served in the U.S. Navy and was proud of his military service during WWII and the Korean War. After leaving the Navy, he graduated form William R. Moore School of Technology in Memphis, TN and then pursued a career as an architect, leaving a lasting impact on the community through his work.

Outside of his professional life, he enjoyed time with his family and friends. Harvey also enjoyed fishing and hunting, spending time outdoors, appreciating nature and the tranquility it brought.

Harvey was a member of Union Avenue Baptist Church, where he found solace and connection.
