Geraldine "Virginia" Biggs Rimer, 102, was born on 11/09/1923 in Memphis, TN and passed away on 11/28/2025 in Cordova, TN.  She grew up in Memphis and graduated from Whitehaven High School.

She married John L. Rimer on 2/6/1943.  They had 2 sons, Gary (Barbara) and Michael (Mary);
7 Grandchildren, Melissa Day (Tommy); Brian Rimer (Tammy); Jared Rimer (Christy); Rebekah Sanders (Brian); Mark Rimer; Amy Winterrowd (Joey); Molly Sinanan (Richie); 16 Great-Grandchildren, and 10 Great-Great Grandchildren.

She worked in the Mortgage Loan Department at First Tennessee Bank (now First Horizon) for many years.

She loved her family, faithfully attended church and sang in the choir (including solos), grew a variety of flowers, enjoyed reading and played the piano beautifully.

She was preceded in death by John Rimer, her husband of 68 years, as well as her parents, Rora and Novella Biggs, and her twin brother, Gerald Biggs.
