Gary Lynn Jones, 69 of Memphis Tennessee,  passed away in his home on July 3, 2026. He was born on December 23, 1956 in El Paso Texas.

He was the son of Rodney Earl Jones and Lera Clementine Stodgell.

Gary was a retired electrician and a member of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers local 474). He enjoyed hunting, fishing and just taking it easy at home with his two dogs.

Gary was preceded in death by his wife Donna Malone and his mother Lera Clementine 'Tina' Stodgell. He is survived by his father Rodney Earl Jones (Betty-deceased) , brother Thomas Keith Jones, sister Susan Renee' Powell (James) and sister Rhonda Kaye Howell (Kenny).

Gary will be cremated at the High Point Funeral Home & Crematorium. Per his request no service will be held.
