Floyd "Rock" Holt, Jr., 71, longtime resident of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020. He was born May 15, 1948 to Floyd and Ruby Holt. Mr. Holt was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Army 82nd Airbourne. "Rock" is survived by his life long sweetheart, Monica Massey; daughter, Jessica Lopez; son, Matthew Holt; sister, Kathryn Edds; two grandchildren, Clara and Finley; nephew, Cory Edds; and nieces, Raymee Klopp and Elly. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial service will be at a later date in North Carolina.
