Mrs. Emma Jean McFarland, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 in Olive Branch, MS.

Mrs. McFarland passed away 24 days shy of her 100th birthday. She was the widow of M.H. "Pete" McFarland. Jean was a Registered Nurse and served as the Director of Nursing at Kings Daughters and Sons until her retirement. She was also a member of Collierville United Methodist Church. Truly, she enjoyed working in the yard and riding her lawnmower.

Jean was proceeded in death by her grandson, Christopher Hodges and her granddaughter, Beth Hodges Ingram (Tim).

Jean leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Michael Hodges along with her son-in-law George "Micky" Hodges and five great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held for Mrs. Emma Jean McFarland on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery - Midtown, 1661 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN 38106.
