Elizabeth Kozlowski Scoggins, 67, of Waterford, MS, left this earth January 28th, 2021. Born to Stanley and Jadwiga Kozlowski in Rutki, Poland, she was the second of five siblings. Liz enjoyed gardening and taking care of her chickens. She was also a talented artist, and gifted many of her pieces to the people that she loved. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Eva Kozlowski, daughter Erica Derman, and niece Whitney Langley. She is survived by her loving husband Paul, and many family members. Elizabeth is a beautiful soul who's void will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
