David Wayne Biggs, 64, passed away peacefully at his home August 30, 2020 after a hard battle with cancer. He was born in Memphis Tn in 1955 to Rosemary and Horace Biggs. A graduate of Kingsbury High School. He was a devoted "family member" for Ranger Construction Company for many years.

He loved Memphis Tigers basketball, fishing, building things, riding his golf cart around the lake talking to neighbors along the way , being a father and being Papaw to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 29 years, Cathy, his loving son Matthew
(Stefanie), two grandchildren Landon and Ainsley Kate, his sister Vicki Davenport (Jimmy),  his "brother" Ronny Allen (Diane) and many friends.

David is proceeded in death by his parents Rosemary and Horace Biggs and his brother Brinson Biggs.

No services will be held. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
