Betty Tutor Frans was born in Memphis, Tn to Abner Gladis Tutor and Frances (Frankie) Harrington. She had two sisters - her twin Frances Carol Tutor and Norma Jean Tutor.

Betty graduated from Humes High School in 1953. And was a reserve Memphis Police officer for 50 years.

She married Jesse J Frans Jr in April 1953. They had four children - Jesse J Frans III, Terry Lynn Frans, Brett Allen Frans and Robert Anthony Frans.  She has eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Betty lived for her family. She loved with her whole heart and would do anything she could for them. She dedicated her life serving others and trying to make life a little better for all. She was greatly loved and will be missed beyond belief.
