Mary Ann Douglas, 79, passed away at her home on Saturday, August 4, 2012 into the presence
of her Lord. Her kind spirit, her love for her family and her friends, and her infectious sense of
humor blessed all who were around her. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years
Vernon Reed Douglas and her sister Louise Montgomery, she is survived by her son Paul Reed
Douglas, her two daughters Linda Joy Douglas and Nita Douglas White, her son-in-law Frank
White, brother Billy "Wall" Gaetano (Pat), her sister Betty Perry, her best friend Doris
Montgomery (Bobby), six grandchildren: Angie Earnest, Andrew White, Rachel White, Caleb
White, Joshua White, and Bekah White, and two great-grandchildren Kayley and Zack.
Visitation is from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at First Evangelical Church on Wednesday, August 8,
2012. The funeral is 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at First Evangelical Church.
